Does the form like as not make sense? If so, please write a sentence. Thanks.

Like as not or as like as not means probably, likely, something to be expected.
Example: He's never on time; he'll come rushing in here at the last minute, like as not. When used within a sentence it should be set off with commas).

Hi Rusty; please correct the following sentences:
He is like as not (likely)to be on time to the party.
Like as not he will be late for work.
Like as not she won't like it.
She is not, like as not, going to take no for an answer.

(You have the right idea. Notice that commas are needed).
