Are these all OK and natural?
1. He was especially caught by the beauty of (the) roses.
2. This class is made (up) of boys only.
3. The Koreans/Chinese are a peace-loving people.
4. I had gone to London when she was here to see me.
5. You had gone to London when she was here to see you.
6. You will definitely find an advantage to/in spending this holiday season in our resort.
7. The catastrophe [resulted in, caused, left] thousands of fatalities and millions of homeless.

2. This class is made (up) of boys only. ("Made up" sounds more natural).
3. The Koreans/Chinese are a peace-loving people. (OK).
4. I had gone to London <strike>when</strike> before she was here to see me.
(One action must precede the other in order to use the past perfect tense.
"When" makes the two events simultaneous (happen at the same time).
Suggestion:
When she was here to see me, I was already in London).
5. You had gone to London when she was here to see you. (Same as #4).
6. You will definitely find an advantage to/in spending this holiday season in our resort. (OK).
7. The catastrophe [resulted in, caused, left] thousands of fatalities and millions of homeless. (OK).
