None can mean no one/thing or it can mean no persons/things. Therefore, none can be singular or plural, depending on the intention of the writer.
)None of the them agree to help the poor girl. (Plural verb. Meaning no persons agree).
)None of the their gruppe win in the race. (Spelling: group. I see this as individuals within the group. None wins. No person wins).
)None of these letters are mine. (OK. Plural).
)None of her family visited her <strike>in during</strike> when she was in the prison. (Visited is the same for singular and plural).
)None make her to understand that money isn’t the most important in this life. (OK).
)None of those melk can drinkkable. They were spoiled. (No.
Correction: None of this milk is drinkable. It is spoiled).
)“It has been so long a time that none/no one in village can remember what two words the abbreviation, “ST,” engraved in the forehead of that old man stands for. It seems to be “Saint”, the owner answered.
)No one believed that she would be the winner.
)No one believes you if you say something bad behind the back of somebody else.
)Nothing (that) you try to do for somebody else is useless. (OK).
)No letters are sent from the Philippines.
)None of the books on the table printed the line, “The best-selling book,” on the cover.
