Hi guys!
I was thinking that maybe the best way to practice my English is by chatting in real time with english speaking guys. Do you know any web page for me to try this (obviously I'm not refering to the typical yahoo chat or variations where people don't ever get seriuos. I'm talking more like a site specifically created for us to practice english interactively.
Can you guys help?

Chatting is one way of improving English. You need not go to any website. The right way is posting your opinion to the issue related to news and current issues forum.Maybe, some visitors can correct your mistake if they read your forum. :D :D

I for one have no objection to practice. This threads seems like a good thread to do so.

Or is there another forum or thread for that?

hi eveyone! It's the first time I enter this web. I think that talking together is interesting way to practice your English. If you want to join English club, you can study english online in some webs for ex: www. englishtown.com( I study in there, it's useful). Because u can enter live class with teacher who come from USA, Australia, Canada... and talk to other students.

Hi,

I just came across this website today and saw that there is interest in finding a place to practice English.

I would like to extend an invitation to you to practice at a website I created called "Unique You". At this website I hope to have people from around the world come together to share information about themselves and their countries, and English is the language used.

Today, a very good online friend of mine from Slovenia said to me, she thinks that "Unique You" has been a wonderful place for her to practice her English and I thought, well... :) maybe others will agree.

I am a speech and language pathologist (or therapist) and a native speaker of English who has always loved studying other languages and learning about other cultures... I am currently considering changing careers to becoming an ESL teacher.

At the forums for the Unique You website,we offer a place to practice English as you participate in discussions about a variety of topics including food *smile*, politics, poetry and song, games, religions or whatever comes to mind.

We also encourage you ask any questions you may have about English vocabulary and usage; anything at all... and other members are available for chats as well. We do have a chatroom, but others are available on messenger services to help you practice as well.

The "Unique You" forums can be found here...
http://z6.invisionfree.com/UniKyu/index.php?

We also encourage everyone to share their writings with us... poetry, stories. We are always available to help with the English.

Why?
Because I am impressed that the only way that we are able to communicate right here and right now is because you know English and without this skill of yours, I would not be able to learn more about your world and culture...

The most important thing/gift at this website is the beauty of sharing cultures and experiences from around the world... and it is a very friendly place to practice English

So, do stop by and join us at ...

http://www.unikyu.com

Plenty to see and do and lots of reading material to help build English skills.

Most importantly... I do wish you all a lovely day!
