Would you please paraphrase the following sentence to a simple one?
I cannot get the meaning that the writer tries to tell.

“I would argue about that there are huge social benefits to the rich countries as well,
in not living in the world endangered by social instability.”

Can I paraphrase the above to the follows?
“I would argue about that there are huge social benefits to the rich countries as well,
in that not living in the world endangered by social instability.”

Thanks in advance.

Here is what the parts mean:
“I would argue about = "What I would argue about is"
(This is the author's opinion. He presents this argument.)
that there are huge social benefits to the rich countries OK
as well, the previous statement (benefits) is in addition to something mentioned earlier.
in not living in the world endangered by social instability.” This would be more clearly stated as:
...in living in a world that is not endangered by social instability.
Paraphrase: My argument is that there are hugh social benefits to the rich countries in living in a world that is not endangered by social instability.
