Which ones are correct:
1-I like the Eiffel Tower, in Paris.
2-The Eiffel Tower, in Paris, is a strange building.

3-I like the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
4-The Eiffel Tower in Paris is a strange building.

I believe you need the commas to make "in Paris" additional, but unnecessary information. Omitting the commas means that there are other Eiffel Towers, but you like the one in Paris.
