Please check if these sentences are correct and natural?
1. He went into [a coma, a comatose state] and died soon afterwards.
2-1. He has already been in [a coma, a comatose state] for a week.
2-2. It's already been a week since/that he has been in [a coma, a comatose state].
2-3. It's already been a week since/that he went into [a coma, a comatose state].
3-1. There is no/little chance/possibility for him to come out of [a coma, a comatose state].
3-2. There is little chance/possibility for him to come from [a coma, a comatose state].
