Are these all OK and natural?

1. I'm sure that I will be able to swim well soon. [This is OK, isn't it?]
2. I'm sure that I can swim well soon. [This is awkward, isn't it?]
3. I'm sure of (my) swimming well soon. [This is awkward, isn't it?]
4. I'm sure to swim well soon. [This is ok with a different meaning from #1, isn't it?]]

2. I'm sure that I can swim well soon. [This is awkward, isn't it?] (It's incorrect).
3. I'm sure of (my) swimming well soon. [This is awkward, isn't it?] (Yes).
4. I'm sure to swim well soon. [This is ok with a different meaning from #1, isn't it?]] (OK. A very slight difference. #1. speaks of ability. #2. speaks of accomplishment).
