hi,
please i need your help with this paragraph...
here are some words,i need to put every one of them in its right place...

(finally, welcomed, catered for, anxiety, initiatives, neglected, staff, formally, frightening, needs).

The first few days of teaching are certainly confusing, even ------- to a newcomer. Somehow he must be --------- into the school community, informally as well as --------. Nothing is worse for him than to be ignored or ----------. His needs are individual and must be -------- by someone on the staff. The best person to do this may be a junior member of ---------.
The new teacher himself must be prepared to take ----------. He must find out from other teachers what he ---------- to know ---------- it can be an advantage if his family affairs are helpful rather than a source of ---------.

Hi Roro: I'll give you some hints.

finally, welcomed, catered for, anxiety, initiatives, neglected, staff, formally, frightening, needs).

The first few days of teaching are certainly confusing, even ------- (a word that descibes how a new teacher feels)

to a newcomer. Somehow he must be --------- into the school community,
(a word similar to greeted)

informally as well as --------. (a word that is the opposite of informally).

Nothing is worse for him than to be ignored or ----------. (a word that is similar to ignored).

His needs are individual and must be -------- by someone on the staff.
(a word similar to helped).

The best person to do this may be a junior member of ---------. (somewone who works there).
The new teacher himself must be prepared to take ----------. (This means he must make a start).

He must find out from other teachers what he ---------- to know
(a word similar to necessary).

---------- (a word that means "the last thing to mention").
it can be an advantage if his family affairs are helpful rather than a source of ---------. (It will be unhelpful if his family is a source of ----a word that means problems or trouble).
