[1] In the sentences below, which is better, with or w/o 'crawling/buzzing'?
[2] Which tense is correct or better?
1. Help me! I [have, am having] a spider on my shoulder.
2. Help me! I [have, am having] a spider crawling on my shoulder.
[3] Which tense is correct or better? And which preposition is the natural everyday expression?
1. Help me! I [have, am having] a bee on/around me.
2. Help me! I [have, am having] a bee buzzing on/around me.

-- If the spider is on you, it is either crawling or standing still. Use "crawling" if you want to point out that it is in motion.
-- A be on you would probably not be buzzing. A bee buzzing around you is in flight near you.
