[Situation; A pilot is announcing this to his passengers.]
Which is the most expected expression?
1. We will have a layover in Dallas.
2. We're going to have a layover in Dallas.
3. We're having a layover in Dallas.
4. We have a layover in Dallas.
ps. If possible, could you tell me which is proper in what context?

Thanks in advance.

1. We will have a layover in Dallas. [Natural. This may be new information.]
2. We're going to have a layover in Dallas. [Natural. There may be some indication that it is necessary, unavoidable.]
3. We're having a layover in Dallas. [I don't think this is very likely.]
4. We have a layover in Dallas. [This implies that the layover is scheduled; it should not surprise the passengers.]
