Which is the usual expression?

[after an exam]
A: What did you score? or How did you score? or How much did you score?
B: I scored/marked/got 94 (points).

B: I scored/<strike>marked</strike>/got 94 (points).

2. I marked an A on/in this exam.

These are correct, aren't they?

This use is not familiar to me. When I looked for this sort of usage on Google, it didn't pop up on my searching.

I have no idea whether it is common somewhere other than where I am.
