Dear Teacher,

Please check the following sentence and correct if anything is wrong.

Thanks in advance

1.Currently/At present working on/in art creation.
2.Also doing new changes/enhancements which had/was already done.
3.Sent the documents for further clarification.
4.I am done with the requirements which you have been send/sent.
5.Please meet to discuss todays work and also the comming months programme/schedule.

Please do not ignore this .

(1, 2 and 3 are not sentences; they are parts of sentences. You should add a subject and verb. Example: I am currently working on....etc.)
1.Currently/At present working on/in art creation. (The grammar is OK).
2.(I am also making new changes/enhancements to work which /was already/had already been done.

3.I/he/they sent the documents for further clarification.
4.I am done with the requirements which you have been /sent.
(More sensible: I am done with the requirements which I sent you/you sent me).
5.Please meet to discuss today's work and also the coming month's programme/schedule.

Please do not ignore this. (OK).
