"yes and no" , the meaning is different from "yes or no" ?

You ask me whether or not I got a good deal when I bought my bike. My answer is yes and no . Yes because I don't think I could have paid a lower price anywhere else for such a nice motorcycle. And no because after I bought it, I discovered that I'll have to replace some expensive parts.
Your girlfriend is going overseas tomorrow but before she leaves, she invites you for lunch. Because of her tight schedule, you have to say yes or no no later than 10 p.m. today. So Babblebath, if you happen to be a guy, say yes!! :D
