My name is AB., being born August 8th, 1972 in Long An province, Viet Nam.
I have worked for your company from September, 2004 as a secretary of the sales department and as the storer.

I am writing this letter to apply for leaving off the job for the reason of my health. I am going to hand over and to quite the job one month later.

I hope that you will accept the application. I thank two of you who gave me the chance and the welfares during the period I work the company.

I have worked for your company from September, 2004 as a secretary of the sales department and as the storer. [It isn't at all clear to me what "the storer" means.]

I am writing this letter to apply <strike>for leaving off</strike> to resign from the job for the reason of my health.<strike>I am going to hand over and to quite the job one month later.</strike> I will quit the job one month after the date of this letter.

I hope that you will accept <strike>the application</strike> my resignation. I thank the two of you who gave me the chance and <strike>the welfares</strike> help during the period I <strike>work</strike> was working for the company.
