Dear Teachers,

Is it possible to to say :

We confirm to deliver the required supplies with a
10% discount

Or

We confirm to deliver the required supplies against a
10% discount.

Thanks

I'm not sure, but I guess we can say:
We confirm to give a 10% discount in delivering the required supplies.

Let's wait for Pete's comments.

This use of "confirm" with an infinitive isn't familiar to me. I'd say something like:
- We confirm that we will deliver the required supplies at a10% discount.
