Thank you friends!

Single, double, and triple (one "p") are common, but next few words are used only rarely: quadruple (4), quintuple (5), etc.

The common use of words like these is to describe multiple babies: twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, sextuplets, septuplets, etc.

You could also use these words to describe a number increase:
"We doubled the price of the house. We tripled the price of the house. Its speed has quadrupled in the last two hours."

As adjectives, only "single" "double" and "triple" are common.
"I'm looking for a single room."
"Do I have to pay double fare?"

The expression "____-fold" is used in formal writing and speeches, and it means that something occurs that number of times.

"My reasoning for the decision is twofold." = I have two reasons.
"The advantage of this system is threefold." = There are three advantages.
(Only use this with small numbers, though.)

You cannot use the adjectives "single, double, triple" in this manner:
"My reasoning for the decision is double." is incorrect.
