Please check these sentences and correct them.
1. I was thinking about buying into something like a gas station or (a) restaurant.
2. He has a tumour in the frontal lobe of the/his brain. / Can you [take it out, root it out, remove it, eliminate it, get rid of it, do away with it, operate on it, work on it]?
3. He complained about not wanting to learn to use a computer because it's too hard. [Does this make sense?]
4. She has gotten some bizarre skin disease. People say she's turning into a sideshow freak. [What does 'a sideshow freak' mean? Is it merely 'a freak'?]
Thanks in advance.
Have a good day.

1. I was thinking about buying into something like a gas station or (a) restaurant. (OK).
2. He has a tumour in the frontal lobe of the/his brain. / Can you [take it out, <strike>root it out</strike>, remove it, <strike>eliminate it, get rid of it, do away with it,</strike> operate on it <strike>, work on it</strike>]?
3. He complained about not wanting to learn to use a computer because it's too hard. [Does this make sense?] (Not quite. He complained about having to learn. Or you can say, "he complained, not wanting to learn to use....")
4. She has gotten some bizarre skin disease. People say she's turning into a sideshow freak. [What does 'a sideshow freak' mean? Is it merely 'a freak'?]
(There was a time in history when people who suffered from strange conditions (such as elephatiasis, dwarfism, disorders that made a person extremely tall, fat, etc.) were exhibited in sideshows/circuses. That is the origin of the term "sideshow freak").
