Resume:
In conditions of health reform and implementation of market principles in health care, there is necessity for seeking effective ways for attracting patients through unceasing improvement of the quality of hospital service. The objective of this report is to study the state of medical care and to develop measures for its improvement. Inquiries have been made among patients concerning their satisfaction from medical care as well as among nurses to assess the way they attend patients. We made conclusions and recommendations, which would help the management choose an effective strategy to constantly improve quality.
