Oh, it's a good idea, Italy is surely a beautiful country to visit. Have you ever been to Europe? I would like to visit USA as well, but they are so big I wouldn't know where to start from; how is North Carolina like?

Hello, I have never been to Europe but someday I hope to travel there. North Carolina or NC is a very nice place. My favorite place to get away from reality is the mountains. The NC mountains are very popular in the USA and people are moving there to retire. I'm not to fond of big cities but I do not mind visiting new places. If you visit America I recommend visiting the south eastern part such as North Carolina, Tennesee, Georgia, or South Carolina. These states are pretty well known for their hospitality and people here are pretty nice. I do not care to much about traveling in the north eastern parts such as New York, New Jersey, Washington, Maryland, and other states as these because about 95% of the people there are very rude and inconsiderate. In some of the big cities in the south you will find some rude people as well but most of them are from the north. I wish you well and hope someday you can visit here and maybe see the mountains, because they are breath taking. Take care, Mark.

Hi Mark and Karla,

I live in Rome; it's a wonderful city to visit, full of history and magic corners out of the time, but it's too big and chaotic to me. Living here is not easy, every time you have to go somewhere you have to worry about traffic, parking, being late and so on... I dream about moving in a smaller, more human city, maybe on the seaside... I love mountains too, so you've given me a good int for a future trip to USA. Mexico as well is a country I want to visit someday, not the tourist places, but places where you can meet "real" people, and know about their way of life...This is true for every country.
Here in Italy we have a writer very fond of Mexico, and he has written wonderful books about it; his name is Pino Cacucci, but I think he's not so famous to be translated in foreign languages...
