could you tell me the difference between these two questions

1. What is it like being a dad ?

2. What is it like to be a dad ???

3. What is being a dad like ?

There isnt much difference. It'd judt different ways of saying it.

The interviewer asked me what it was like being a father.

The interviewer asked me what was being a father like.

The interviewer asked me what it was like to be a father.

The interviewer asked me what it was like being a father. (Fine).

The interviewer asked me what was being a father like. (Awkward).

The interviewer asked me what it was like to be a father. (OK).

Although the meaning is basically the same, I think being and to be are used a little differently. Being shows more involvement. To be puts a little distance between the speaker and the action. Examples:
A. is a new father.
B. asks, "What's it like being a father?"

C. and D. are not fathers.
C. says, "I wonder what it's like to be a father."
