3. It is worth while [to visit, visiting] the place.

1. The place is worthy for you to visit. (Unnatural)
2. The place is worthy of your visiting. (Good).
3. It is worth while [to visit, visiting] the place.(OK).
4. It is worth your while [to visit, visiting] the place. (To visit sounds more natural).
