"I Have a little patience" and "I Have little patience".
I've always wanted to know that :p , Byee

It's a matter of emphasis. I have a little means that I do have some, but not much. I have little points out that the amount I have is small. It's like the question "Is the cup half full or half empty?"
Example: 1. I wanted only an ounce of cream; you've overdone it, my cup is half full!!!
2. Who drank my beer? My bottle is half empty!!!
