Please advise the different between these two sentences:

1) how likely are you recommend SQL Server 2005 to individuals in other organizations either within or outside your company?

2) how likely are you to recommend SQL Server 2005 to individuals in other organizations either within or outside your company?

2) how likely are you to recommend SQL Server 2005 to individuals in other organizations either within or outside your company?

2) is correct. 1) is incorrect. "How likely are you..." must be followed by an infinitive with "to."

2) is correct.
1) is incorrect because "likely" is followed by "to."
Example: He is likely to (verb).
Is he likely to (verb)?
How likely is he to (verb)?
If I can find a link I'll post again.
