Which sentence is proper?

Experts gave a candy to the children. If the child had not get at the first day, he or she wound have gotten two for candies of second day. Candies were accumulated day by day. A lot of children couldn’t patient for the desired. Nevertheless, there still had a less of children who had accumulated many candies.

After twenty years, experts found out the men of these children and appeared the accomplishment of them. Whereas who got many candies when he or she was child who had a good accomplishment compared with others.

I would try to answer the first question

I am appreciate that if you can give me any command.
I will appreciate that if you can give me any command.

For me the second one is correct

(If a child did not get candy on the first day, he or she would be given two pieces on the second day).

Candies were accumulated day by day.
(Candies accumulated day by day).

A lot of children couldn’t patient for the desired.
(Thomas, I don't understand this sentence.
Perhaps: A lot of children could not be patient.....?)

Nevertheless, there still had a less of children who had accumulated many candies.
(Nevertheless there were still a few children who had accumulated a lot of candy).

After twenty years, experts found out the men of these children and appeared the accomplishment of them.
(After twenty years, experts located these children, now adults, and studied their accomplishments).

Whereas who got many candies when he or she was child who had a good accomplishment compared with others.
(They found that the people who got many candies when they were children had accomplished more than others who had not received any)

(Candy can be a collective noun.
Example: Candy is not good for children.
There is a lot of candy in this bag.
I don't have much many candy.
Was much many candy left?

Candy can be a single piece of candy.
Example: He took a candy from the dish.
He took two candies from the dish.
How many much candies do you have?
A lot of much candies were spilled.
Many candies were spilled).

Why do you use active voice for this sentence?
Children accoumulated candies.
Candies were accounmulated by children.

A lot of children couldn’t patient for the desired.
(Thomas, I don't understand this sentence.
Perhaps: A lot of children could not be patient.....?)

A lot of children could not be patient of instant desired of the candy. -- correct?

Why do you use active voice for this sentence?
Children accoumulated candies.
Candies were accounmulated by children.
All of the sentences above are correct.
"Candies accumulated..." is an example of an ergative verb.
Ergative verb. The verb is in the active case but the subject does not cause an action on something.
Other examples:
The chicken is cooking.
Trash piled up when the workers were on strike.
The tire blew out.
The water pipe burst.
