I shall be thankful if you could please check the following sentence :

a) If you found unfit for the job during your probation period, you will be terminated.

b) If you found to be unfit for the job during your probation period, you will be terminated.

Which is more correct?

Thanks & Regards,

Both are grammatically incorrect because the verb in the first clause is incorrect.

A better way, in my opinion, to write this sentence is as follows:-
"You will be terminated if you are found unfit for/not up to the job during the course of the probation period."
