Life on land would soon cease exist without moisture from ocean to provide rain and winds, created in part by ocean, to distribute it.
1. "cease exist" is quite akward perhaps "cease to exist" or "cease existing" seems correct. Is it right?
2. I can't get the meaning of "to provide ~"
I have no clue as to that phrase.
Thanks in advance!

Your sentence is incorrect and also ambiguous ( Life....would soon cease to exist without moisture means that "Life is currently existing without moisture.)
A better sentence, in my opinion, would be:-
"Life on land would soon cease to exist if not for the moisture from the oceans, provided in the form of rain and distributed by winds which are also created in part by the oceans."
"To provide" means "to supply" e.g. "When will you provide the quake victims with blankets for the winter?
