Can sombody correct this paragraphs or suggest some better sentences for this case. I want to explain this situation to sombody else.
I went outside to do my boss work to solve some legal case The case was "BSNL" filed a complained against my boss for not paying the Telephone Bill for the few months of the period 1996-1997. My boss was shocked to receive the legal noticed received from the court after "BSNL" filed a case in court.
Yesterday My boss and I went to BSNL's office to make BSNL's offcial understand that the incident which they have mentioned in the notice for not paying the telephone bills does not belong to us as in 1996-1997 he did not accommodate that flat. Someone else used to live / lived there and this bill which is unpaid belongs to that person. We showed them all the copies of the paid bills which we paid after acquiring the flat. There were no dues pending from our side to BSNL. We also carried the copy the sale deed of the flat to give them proof that we acquired this flat after the year 1997.
After hearing our case BSNL issued a letter to court requesting it to close the case. Actually there has been / was some kind of misunderstanding as BSNL thought that My boss and the person who used to live in the flat before accomodating the flat by my boss are same person. But that person has left the flat long time back before the acquision of the flat by my boss. Actually that person did not make the payment of his telephone bills.
