I think please speak 5 to 6 hours regularly in English with other persons and Also read 2 to 3 hours daily some magazines, news papers and comics. Also use English dictionary to find new words. You can get good command over English.

I strongly suggest you watch English movies and TV series with English subtitles. It's way better if you watch at home so you can rerun in case you fail to cath something. This is what I always tell my students. You need practice and this is probably the easiest way to go about it.
It may take some time but by doing this regularly, you will notice that your English will just get better and better!
