Please, I really need your help!!!

I'm a secondary school student . My English is not very good but I'm working hard on improving it.I want to join an American college and I must pass the exam of Toefil.Can anybody give me information about the courses I should have or the way which I should follow to pass this exam.Your help can be very useful for me so don't be hesitant to give your own advice.

Hi,

Try to speak in English with maximum time with maximum people. Try to find out some new English words, and whenever you speak try to concentrate on other persons which new word he has used. Find some new words daily, you can get good command over English.
