In my opinion, these things are important:
Learn vocabulary. Learn how to use verbs. Practice speaking.
Listen to English on the radio or TV. Imitate the accent you hear.

Rusty thanks for your comment. I'm sure that it will help me. Simply, in my school, the English teaching is poor, (it's Israel). if you want, I can teach you some words in Hebrew. Can you write them in your keyboard letters?
