I think you've got it!...

Except...you seem to have forgotten that when you make a list of things in the sentence, you need to add a colon. So, sentences #1 and #4 should have colons as follows:

1. Our meeting is at 1:30 this afternoon, and you need to remind the fol-
lowing people: Jim Brown, Patricia West, Anne Tyler, and Jeff Ray.

4. That well-known Italian restaurant specializes in the following foods: lasagna, grilled shrimp, veal, and spaghetti with meatballs.

well-known is also hyphenated.
