a. It doesn’t sound like you have much of a problem, so just go with it.
- “you have much of a problem” means “you have a big problem”, right? And what does “go with it” mean?

right..My friend..Go with it means try to live with the problem without complaining a lot of it...Is it accurate ?

Actually, it means that you don't have a big problem. 'Not having much of a problem' means that the problem you have is not very large; it's very little... a small problem.

'Go with it' as Eldorado pointed out means to 'go along with it' , 'do it', or to 'go ahead'
