Hi,
Please tell me which is the natural expression.

1. I have an autograph<strike>y</strike> of (the) world-famous writer(,) Donald Watt.
2. I have (the) world-famous writer(,) Donald Watt's autograph<strike>y</strike>.
-- I think both would be common, both with and without "the". Whether you mention the person or the word "autograph" (note spelling) first is more a matter of emphasis. I wouldn't use the comma between "writer" and the name.
