Hi,
Please check these sentences and correct them.
1-1. If you're in trouble, he is the first person to come help you.
1-2. If you're in trouble, he is the first person who will come help you.
2-1. He was the first person to be seen in the village.
2-2. He was the first person that we saw in the village.
3. Who was the first person to say (the) Earth is round?
4. Who was the first person to discover a black hole, and what was the date?
5. Matthew Webb became the first person to swim the English Channel in 1875,
6. I don't want to be the second person to do something. Who knows the second person to fly solo across the Atlantic? He/It is meaningless/nothing.
7. You are/were the wisest person to do that. [meaning; Generally wise people don't do such a thing.]

7. You are/were the wisest person to do that. [meaning; Generally wise people don't do such a thing.] (The meaning is different from what you think. You are the wisest person...means that you are very wise/you have the utmost wisdom. For the meaning, "generally wise people don't do such a thing", let me suggest: You are/were wiser to do that. This means wiser than most others.
