Hi,
Please check these sentences and correct them.
1. He is the last man to tell a lie.
2. He is the last man to win the race.
3. He is the last man to receive the prize.
4. He was the last man to receive the prize.
5. He was the last man to leave the room.
6. He was the last man to tell a lie. [This doesn't make sense, does it?]
Thanks a million.

(I can't imagine a situation where it would make sense. All the other sentences are OK).
