Hi,
Please check these sentences and correct them.
1. (The) People [working, who works] in this factory are all very skilled carpenters.
2. Do you see the people [working, who works] over there? They are all my brothers or/and cousins.
3. Generally the boys and girls [going, who go] to school on foot aren't late for school, but those who their parent(s) drive(s) are often late. Why? It's because the former use(s) cars [if, in case] they are late.
4. Passengers travelling on this bus buy their tickets in books.
5. This is a guide for people wishing to plan for future incapacity.
6. The number of people wishing to emigrate has considerably reduced for the last 5 years.
7. The number of people believing in god increases in hard time(s).

3. Generally the boys and girls [going, who go] to school on foot aren't late for school, but those who(m) their parent(s) drive(s) are often late. Why?
It's because the former use <strike>(s)</strike> cars [if, <strike>in case</strike>] they are late. (The former refers to the boys and girls who usually go on foot. This does not answer the question in regard to those whose parents drive them).
