Please correct

"I sent a transcribed file on Sunday but I didn't get the result till wednesday evening. When I sent that file I select " Keep the file " option for future reference.

Later on wednesday evening I sent the same file without keeping a copy of that file. Within half an hour I got the result. The same thing happened when I sent the transcribed file a week ago. Can't I keep the audio file for future reference?
