The sentences are grammatical.
c. Notice that there is a difference between little and a little.
The man is recovering from a head injury. He speaks a little.
The old man is sad and tired of life. He speaks little to anyone.

Concerning c. Am I right and this statements are logically correct?

1) He has little money. He is very poor.
2) He has a little money. He is not poor.

3) He's got few friends. Nearly no friends.
4) He's got a few friends. He is not lonely.
