Hello, All.
Is it true that this has no conditional meaning?
"If she will eat so many chocolates, it's hardly surprising she has a spotty face."

Bridget, this sentence has several grammatical deficiencies in it. Before I try correcting them, why are you asking what you are? What is the larger question?

Hello, All.
Is it true that this has no conditional meaning?
"If she will eat so many chocolates, it's hardly surprising she has a spotty face."
In standard BrE, the sentence is perfectly grammatical; "will" retains its sense of volition; the sentence means "if she insists on eating so many chocolates, etc."
In the spoken form, there would be an emphasis on "will":
1. If she will eat so many chocolates, it's...
All the best,
