well one funny thing is also by waTCHING movies or tv series only in english and try to understand or maybe the subtitles could be in english in that way you learn new words and practice, well i do that all the time... and i think is working

well my name is danny ore,22 yeras old, Peruvian; for me the best way to improve Speaking is by talking with another one; it doesn't matter if have misstakes, first you have to avoid the Scare of speaking in front of others, then you can check yourself by recording your own speeches and then you can list you own mistakes. another thing that can help you is reading books, but not only reading, you also have to vocaize what you read.
it depends on which one you fell confortable with.
