In the case of the negative short answer, which are the right form:
No, I don't No, I do not. Can I write "do not" in place of "don't"? Or it has to be always on the contracted form?

Hello quelbio,
Both short and full answers are correct. Perhaps the full answer can just add some emphasis.
- You don't like rap music, do you?
- No, I don't. = No, I do not.
