Practice Every Day
The reason I said this is because many people think that reading and writing is enough. They fail to practice speaking, so they do not improve. I said 1 hour a day for 1 month because if you practice at least 1 hour a day for 1 month of speaking, you will see a huge difference. It will give you more motivation to continue practicing your speaking.
When you try for so long and you don't see any improvement, it is very discouraging and people quit. So practicing to speak every day is very very important.
