It's also crucial to learn new vocabulary regularly and it's really important to learn good spelling as well, which might be quite difficult and time consuming. What helps me a lot is this little program: http://pfquizzz.4fips.com ,which allows me to practise my vocabulary (a couple of minutes a day is quite enough). You might find it useful as well...

Default The BEST way to study

Unfortunately, there is no BEST way to study English that works for everyone, but I think that your motivation will help you find the BEST way for YOU! Good luck!

Some recommendations

Study English that is immediately useful for you. The English you learn will be it's own reward. This will help you to stay motivated and to enjoy English.

Study English that is interesting to you. No surprises here!!!

Set mini goals. Goals that are too hard or take a long time can be discouraging. Try to make lots of mini goals that help you finish big goals. Minigoals help you to keep a record of your progress!

Make use of Online English Resources.
Youtube is great for English videos from all over the world. Podcasts are also great online resources for learning English! These methods will help your English listening, but not your fluency.

Try speaking English with native speakers whenever you can. This is great for improving your English speaking skills.

Try to get an English "pen pal". Writing in English can help your English accuracy.

Take English Lessons! I have to warn you I am an English teacher, so I am biased in this last one!!! Taking English lessons will force you to do regular study and it will give you a chance to get immediate English feedback. This is also useful for English fluency.

I hope this helps you. Goodluck with your studies!

hi there...

Well, as you seem to be able to understand a bit, i'd recommend reading the news daily, listening to atleast half an hour's worth of the language (TV or radio) etc. Make sure you have a dictionary in hand ready to pick up new words. Maybe join a forum and start communicating with people?
