Default beat, pound

Are these all OK?

1. Who beat/pounded my son?
2. By whom were you beaten/pounded?
3. Who were you beaten/pounded by?

Thanks.

(These are all acceptable. There's a slight difference in meaning between beat and pound. You pound with a hammer. A man can pound with his fists, but the action would be similar to a hammer).
